Ask for a locked dashboard section

Records that this workspace wants one of the dashboard sections that are shown locked, as the request control on that section does: overview_metrics, analytics or campaign_funding. Nothing is sent to anybody when it is recorded. A workspace asks once per section: a second ask is answered already_requested and writes nothing.

Authorization

Send a Scouty token as a bearer token in the Authorization header. The token needs the campaigns:write scope, or the call answers 403 insufficient_scope. Tokens and scopes
